Kristin’s expertise crosses multiple industries.  She has over 30 years of experience partnering with C-Suite leaders to develop growth strategies for the future, operating model and organization design structures to accomplish the strategy, and change management and communications to execute toward the new state.

She has expertise and practical experience transforming company culture and establishing talent strategies to accomplish business goals.  She utilizes her background in operating models/organization design to drive effective M/A outcomes.

Kristin holds a MA in Organization Development and Change Management and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.  Kristin spent three years teaching a “Leading with Impact” course at the University of MN Executive Masters in Health Care Administration program.
